Features specialized stumpjumper evo elite alloy
Stumpjumper EVO Elite Alloy, Equipped with 12-speed SRAM GX Eagle, resistant 30mm aluminum wheels and Rock Shox shock, there is no trail that can resist it.
Let's make one thing clear, the aluminum Stumpjumper EVO is no ordinary trail bike. It is designed to do the brute, plain and simple. With the same design as its carbon brothers—including the head angle adjustment system, 150mm of travel, S-Sizing, and with integrated SWAT™ Door—built in M5 aluminum, you will be able to go down where you thought only he could go down with a DH.Advantages:
- What do you get when you combine a 29-inch front wheel with a 27.5-inch rear? Well, the Stumpjumper EVO Comp Alloy. With all the traction and handling benefits of a 29er, but with a smaller, more maneuverable rear wheel, this setup suits a more upbeat and playful style. It feels right at home in the bike park, and it's a blast to run on the trails.
- All the riding in the world is useless without proper shock adjustment and kinematics. For the new design of the Stumpjumper EVO, priority has been given to kinematic performance. By applying the lessons learned during the development of the Enduro, followed by more than 1,000 hours of development in the field and in the suspension laboratory, not only has the Stumpjumper's pedaling performance been improved, but it is more capable, agile and live. Anti-squat has been increased, so that the suspension better resists pedaling sway, and performance has been further improved to absorb the strongest impacts. In summary? This bike destroys trails, not legs.
- The S-Sizing geometry of the new Stumpjumper EVO is even more avant-garde. Long, low, raked, fork with little offset, a more upright seat tube... These are the requirements of a modern progressive geometry. But the perfect geometry is different for different people, which is why the Stumpjumper EVO's geometry is fully adjustable with six different options. Not only can you change the bottom bracket height by 10mm, you can change the head angle by two degrees, and you can make this adjustment independently. Finally, if you want maximum fun, the EVO allows you to combine a 27.5-inch rear wheel with a 29-inch front.
- Rider-First Engineered™ frames use a size-specific approach for driving characteristics that guarantee benchmark handling and impeccable performance, regardless of frame size or rider size. Whether you're a jumpy kid riding an S1, or a DH giant needing a longer S6, you'll experience the same riding characteristics - precise cornering and balanced front and rear stiffness - with the lightest weight possible.
- The SWAT™ compartment was introduced on the Stumpjumper in 2016, adding space INSIDE your frame for those accessories that are essential for repairing punctures, such as spare pumps and tubes, which are so annoying - damn it! - in the jersey pockets. In the new Stumpjumper, the volume has been increased and a SWAT™ Bladder has been added, giving you an extra 650 ml of storage hidden in your down tube.
