Merida Mountain Bikes
Merida has an extraordinary range of MTB bikes that cover the entire spectrum of MTB disciplines.
Starting with hardtail (front suspension only) MTBs with 29-inch wheels, the Merida Big.Nine is available in ready-to-race carbon versions for high-level competition, as well as the much more affordable aluminium version.
For those looking for an MTB machine with more downhill capacity and able to tackle the more technical trails, but who don't want a full suspension MTB, Merida offers the Merida Big.Trail, a hardtail MTB with trail geometry, suspension travel, materials and components.
Another hardtail bike is the 27.5-inch wheel, Merida Matts, with a100 mm fork. One of the classic models in the Merida range, perfect for those who are just getting started.
The different versions of the Merida Crossway are designed for city riding, with a good combination of fun, functionality and enjoyment. Based on a lightweight aluminium frame, with the possibility of mounting a luggage rack and mudguards, this bike is ideal for everyday use. The Merida Crossway L (lady) versions feature women-specific designs, geometry and equipment.
Merida also pays attention to the youngest riders. The Merida Matts Junior children’s bike have wheel sizes from 20 to 24 inches and are designed to provide a lot of fun for beginners.
As for MTB full suspension bikes, many possibilities are available at Merida. The Merida One-Twenty RC is a trail bike ready for high-level racing, while the versatile Merida One-Twenty is also for trail and features a very stiff frame.
The Merida One-Forty has more travel and is ready to fly on all-mountain trails, thanks to its 140 mm suspension travel.
Enduro machines like the Merida One-Sixty feature even greater travel; up to 160 mm. Combining a lightweight frame with aggressive geometry, making it suitable for the most technical and demanding rides.
Given Merida's tradition in XC competition and with the experience provided by the Spanish biker José Antonio Hermida, the Merida Ninety-Six is optimized for single chainring drivetrains and features 100mm fork travel on the RC versions and 120 mm on the other "downcountry" versions.
